Los Galgos

One of the city's listed “bares notables”, renovated to maintain its traditional spirit.

Dating back to 1930, Los Galgos has been witness to much of the city's modern history. The legendary “bar notable”, recognised by the city government for its historic importance, reopened after a brief closure with a renovated menu but maintaining its classic style. The food includes spinach buñuelos, tortillas, scrambled eggs with ham, liver with onion and other delicacies. The bar is open all day, but the best time to visit is in the early evening – the perfect time to find a space for yourself at the bar in front of the mirror and order one of the house apperitifs or signature cocktails.
