Staying near the riverside, now we'll shift our focus from nature to art. A unmissable sculpture nearby is Las Nereidas, a monumental fountain scultped by Lola Mora at the start of the 20th century. Nearby, you'll find excellent replicas of some of the most famous sculptures in the world at the Museum of Replicas and Comparative Sculpture, which as free entry. There you'll find replicas of such famous works as the Venus de Milo, David, and the Winged Victory of Samothrace.
For more contemporary sculptures, take a walk along the city's "Walk of Glory", a series of sculptures depicting Argentina's sporting greats, including footballer Lionel Messi and racing driver Juan Manuel Fangio.
