This 70-hectare park in the neighbourhood of Saavedra was inaugurated in 1981 and is notable for its sports installations including four full-size football pitches, two smaller pitches, two courts for paleta, an Argentine version of Basque ball, two Olympic-sized pools, 2 handball courts, 12 tennis courts (on cement), beach volleyball and softball courts, a 3,000 cycle path, an aerobics circuit and tracks for athletics, rollerskating and BMX freestyle. There are also two restaurants, and several barbecue grills for public use.
