Popularly known as "La Redonda," or the round one, this circular church officially named Parroquia de la Inmaculada Concepción, was inspired by the Pantheon in Rome and has Italian Renaissance Revival influences.

Construction was overseen by engineer Nicolás Canale, his son José and the architect Juan A. Buschiazzo. Marble steps lead up to the main entrance, with its ten Corinthian columns. The 20m wide dome is supported by a ring of interior columns.
