Chabrés Bar

Ask the bartender what to drink.

Chabrés Bar is the creation of Oscar Chabrés, famed barman from the Claridge hotel, and a big name in the history of cocktails in Argentina. Today, you can find Chabrés himself behind the bar at this small venue. It's worth sitting at the bar, putting the menu to one side and simply asking for his recommendation.
