Café Rivas

Located on Balcarce, a cobbled street in San Telmo, Café Rivas has a bar that runs almost the entire length of the venue. During the day, tourists and office workers flock here for generous servings and well-prepared dishes, then when the sun goes down, barman Guillermo Blumenkamp's signature cocktails start to appear. There's a menu dedicated entirely to gin, and another with classic cocktails.
