Bar de Rodney

Historic meeting point for local musicians.

The history of this old bar in Chacarita started in the 1930s, when it was a liquor store. It was a meeting place for local rock musicians for many years, including characters like Charly García, Pappo, Juanse and Zeta Bossio. After closing for a time, it reopened in 2015 and continues as it was. In 2013 it was officially declared a site of cultural interest by the city legislature.
