As of March 20, 2020 and by Decree 297/20, the entire country entered a period of social,

preventive and obligatory isolation.

What does this mean?

That you cannot leave your home except to provide yourself with essential items, such as food,

cleaning supplies and medicines.

If you do not comply with these rules, you are breaking the law.


If you have traveled to a country where the virus is spreading or have been in contact with

someone who tested positive, you must stay in isolation for 14 days.

If you have any of the symptoms, call free of charge at 107.

Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat Art Collection

State-of-the-art gallery housing a large private collection of international artworks.

This important private art collection features more than 150 works by international artists including Rodin, Warhol, Turner, Dalí and Blanes, as well as Argentine artists such as Badii, Berni, Quinquela Martín, Noé, Pérez Celis, Fader, Soldi and Xul Solar.

The collection is housed in a state-of-the-art gallery which overlooks the northernmost dock in the Puerto Madero neighbourhood. One of the stand-out architectural features of the building is a system of mobile aluminium awnings over the roof, which can be moved to create the perfect lighting conditions according to the position of the sun.

The gallery also hosts temporary exhibitions.
