3. Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat art collection

Both the collection and the building itself make this an unmissable visit for art lovers.

After a ten-minute walk, crossing dock 1, we arrive at this private art collection with more than 150 pieces from Argentine and international artists. The collection of local work focuses on Argentine art from the 19th and 20th centuries, with pieces by Prilidiano Pueyrredón, Emilio Pettoruti, Xul Solar and Antonio Berni, among others. The section dedicated to international art includes works by masters such as Pieter Brueghel II and J. M. W. Turner. The modern building is worth visiting for its architecture alone, and also hosts temporary exhibits on the upper floors.
