Néstor Gattorna was the man responsible for this authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in Buenos Aires. He's strict about the ingredients used, from the type of flour to the San Marzano tomatoes and the extra virgen olive oil, and pizzas are cooked exclusively in a wood-burning oven in order to reproduce the authentic Italian taste. There are few varieties on the menu, but there are often special creations of the day.
