Pirilo is like a replica of the tradition Genoese friggitoria. This small pizzeria with white tiles and marble counters has no chairs or tables - customers standing at the counter - and offers classics like stuffed fugazzetta, fugazza, muzzarella and fainá. The authentic wood-fired oven is in plain sight at the back of the space.
