In 2005 Buby Van Asperen and Poly Santamaría dreamed of creating pizza a la parrilla that was different from anything else on the market. And they achieved it. They focused on unusual ingredients and flavours such as chile con carne, black beans, black olive paste, capers, and pesto. The thin and crispy pizzas arrived at the table accompanied by three sauces: pica pica (hot and spicy), andina and mediterranean.
