La Carnicería

Intimate, informal steakhouse for refined palates.

An interesting alternative to the big, crowded steakhouses, La Carnicería is intimate but informal and serves grass-fed beef direct from one of the owner’s own fields. The menu is divided into five sections, or chapters: pork (braised bacon or loin on the bone), lamb (gigot), beef cuts from the parrilla (bife de chorizo or ojo de bife), smoked beef cuts (asado ribs) and fish of the day. Entrees change depending on seasonal products available in the market and the chefs’ inspiration.

Inauguration: 2014
Speciality: sweetbreads, smoked tira ancha de asado, ojo de bifeife
