This parrilla was founded by three brothers. It’s a traditional place with a grill that can be seen from the tables, and well-trained staff. Fans claim that the provoleta cheese is the best in the city, while the parrilla is also famous for its brochettes, pork matambrito, bife de chorizo, fries and salads. It gets very busy in the evening at weekends and on Sunday lunchtimes.
