This historic restaurant offers visitors a trip back in time with its original decor. The fried empanadas are unbeatable, and offal such as lamb mollejas (sweetbreads) and chinchulines (intestines) offer unique flavours. The house matambre, whole entraña, asado especial, 1kg baby beef, and colita de lomo are among the specialities. As for sides, there are no less than seven varieties of fries, and 14 salad combinations. The restaurant also has branches in Recoleta and Puerto Madero.
