La Boca's always been a neighbourhood of cafes, such as La Perla with its strategic location on the corner of the Caminito in Vuelta de Rocha. The bar has been running for more than 80 years. Inside, the decor includes original wood furnishings and all sorts of photographs, including even an image of Bill Clinton visiting the bar in 1997.
