One of the first of a new generation of Italian pizzerias in Buenos Aires, Filo offers large Italian-style thin and crispy stone-baked pizza freshly baked in its wood-burning brick oven, where the master pizza makers work in sight. It's one of the few places where you can try pizza bianche (without tomato sauce). The version with potatoes is also recommended, and the tiramisu is believed to be among the best in the city.
Inauguration: 1994
Speciality: Italian-style stone-baked pizza from the wood-burning oven.
