The Uruguayan Luis Acuña arrived in Buenos Aires in 1986 and his passion for meat and for the parrilla led him to begin his search for excellence in both the raw material and the preparation. Today Luis’s children keep the flame burning at this informal restaurant, which is decorated with football jerseys hanging from the ceiling.
