El Palacio de la Pizza

A relic of Buenos Aires' golden age, El Palacio de la Pizza is visually impressive thanks the dimensions of its bar and huge pizza oven, and the immaculately attired waiters who serve pizza at the tables direct from molds worn from years of use. The restaurant also serves very traditional desserts such as ricotta pizza, brazo gitano (swiss roll) and balcarce (a dessert made with meringue, dulce de leche and cream).
