Five blocks towards the city centre, we arrive at Café La Poesía (Chile 502). Before stepping inside, take a look at the fileteado mural on the corner opposite. It's a homage to the Argentine film director Leonardo Favio. We can stop at this historic bar notable for lunch then move on to the fileteado workshop of Miguel Ángel (Chile 886). There, you can buy pieces and on Saturdays you can also take classes. On Sundays the best option is to head to the Plaza Dorrego antiques fair (Defensa and Humberto Primo), where you can find craftsmen such as the fileteador Alfredo Martínez.
