Tacos for Mexicans are like the choripán sausage sandwich for Argentines. To make them we need corn tortillas, a filling and (lots of) sauce. You eat them without cutlery and if the filling doesn't drip all over your hands then you're doing something wrong. With the city's gastro scene booming, we dedicate our first cultural bite to our Mexican friends.
