Arrive at the Tourist Assistance Center 30 minutes before the tour to pay for the activity. Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card only.
The tour starts at the Caminito, the colourful street museum that preserves the century-old communal homes built by Italian immigrants, and passes by the Riachuelo river, residential areas, and Boca Juniors' famous Bombonera football stadium.
As a contrast to La Boca, the circuit moves on to include the neighbourhood of Puerto Madero, with its regenerated portside and luxury buildings. On the way you'll pass the Park of Native Plants (Parque de Flora Nativa), Parque Lezama, and the Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve - three green spaces popular with locals and tourists alike.
Guides speak both Spanish and English.
Reserve your place by clicking on the "book online" button and experience these two neighbourhoods through all six senses. Which is the sixth sense? You'll find out on the tour.
Walking tours are cancelled in the event of rain. Click here for information on more guided tours in Buenos Aires.
