As of March 20, 2020 and by Decree 297/20, the entire country entered a period of social,

preventive and obligatory isolation.

What does this mean?

That you cannot leave your home except to provide yourself with essential items, such as food,

cleaning supplies and medicines.

If you do not comply with these rules, you are breaking the law.


If you have traveled to a country where the virus is spreading or have been in contact with

someone who tested positive, you must stay in isolation for 14 days.

If you have any of the symptoms, call free of charge at 107.

ATP World Tour: Argentina Open tennis tournament

The ATP World Tour touches down in Buenos Aires once more in February 2021 at the legendary Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club.

Edition 2020

Every year, the event features men's singles and doubles tournaments are played on the outdoor clay courts in the Palermo neighbourhood.  

The 2020 event features the likes of Argentine number 1 Diego Schwartzman, ranked 14 in the world: 2016 Davis Cup champions Guido Pella, Federico Delbonis, and Leonardo Mayer, as well as Borna Coric, Italian promise Lorenzo Sonego, the former Spanish top-ten player Fernando Verdasco, and last year's chamption, the Italian Marco Cecchinato.

Games will be suspended if it rains.
